Maren Made – Online Purchases Return Policy

You have 14 days from the order date to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in perfect condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please email marenmadeinfo@gmail.com and include:

1. Full Name

2. Order Number

3. Item Purchased

Once your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Postage Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping company for delivery issues.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a new item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card company to process it.
